Terms of Service

Last updated September 14, 2026

Pagekit is a small product — a content API, editor, and publishing tools for developers. These terms are written in plain language. If something is unclear, email hello@pagekit.app.

1. The service

By creating an account or using Pagekit, you agree to these terms. Pagekit lets you create projects, write content, and access that content through our API and hosted blog options.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, API keys, and anything published through your projects. Keep keys private. If you think a key leaked, revoke it in the dashboard and tell us.

3. Your content

You own the content you create. You grant Pagekit a limited license to host, process, and deliver that content so the product can work (API responses, hosted blogs, previews, backups). We do not claim ownership of your writing, media, or brand.

Do not use Pagekit for illegal content, malware, spam, or anything that abuses infrastructure or harms others. We may suspend projects that break this rule.

4. Plans and payment

The Hobby plan is free within its limits. Paid plans are billed in advance. Prices can change with notice; existing billing periods stay at the rate you agreed to until renewal. Cancel anytime — access continues through the paid period.

5. Availability

We aim for solid uptime, but Pagekit is a small team, not an enterprise SLA product (unless you are on a plan that explicitly includes one). We may perform maintenance, ship breaking API changes with notice, or deprecate features when needed.

6. API and fair use

Use the API for your own apps and sites. Do not scrape, overload, or resell the service in a way that harms other customers. Rate limits and plan caps apply.

7. Disclaimer

Pagekit is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost content, downtime, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (or $0 on the free plan).

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must keep records (e.g. invoices).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page (and by email when practical). Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
